• What is the difference between perfume spray and fragrance oil?
  Perfume sprays offer broader scent projection, while fragrance oils are more concentrated and sit closer to the skin.

• Can I layer Holy Oud scents with other perfumes?
  Yes. Start with small amounts and build the layers gradually to create a personal combination.

• Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
  We recommend testing a small amount on a limited area first, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

• Is Holy Oud cruelty-free?
  Yes, we do not test our products on animals.

• Where do you ship?
  We currently ship within the GCC. Please check the shipping policy for the options available in your market.

• Can I return or exchange a perfume?
  Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Unopened fragrances must be unused and in their original packaging with seals and accessories intact. Opened products are not returnable for hygiene reasons, unless the product was incorrect, damaged, or defective when received.

• How do I request a return?
